Today the city’s 5,000 tiffin-wallahs deliver 200,000 tiffin-boxes filled with home-cooked food each day. Forbes Magazine found its reliability to be that of a six sigma standard. The rating means that the dabbawalas have a 99.9% efficiency rate.
